Mobile Tarrifs
Im looking to compare mobile tarrifs between service providers, is there any sort of web site that regularly updates to provide all this information
on one screen?
Im currently on everyday 50 with Orange, its an old tarrif and they do not offer it any more and once you come off it you cant go back onto it.
I need to upgrade my phone cos its naff and keeps turning its self off etc but i dont have any free upgrades available on my current tarrif its £99
minimum.
I have the option to leave Orange and join someone else and get a whole host of free phones offered to me
also need to know if i can keep my number if i swap networks, not a MAJOR issue if i cant but would be convenient if i could.
Thanks a lot.

you can keep your number, known as porting, I've done itseveral times. Not all what i'd call mobile phone brokers do it though ie
dialaphone don't. but go through orange, tmobile, o2 etc and it shouldn't be a prob.
another alternative is buy a cheap pay as you go handset on the same network or one off ebay...
Ned.
beware, I've got yellow skin

Orange will price match so if you find a better deal, phone up and say you are leaving because x network is offering you a, b and c.
Funnily everything they can do to keep you, they do...
its been a bone of contention with me for years as they should offer everything on the upgrades line.
