Jon,

Getting lost in the wrong area of Miami in a car with Hertz plastered down the side is worrying

I know!

I got back from florida on monday. My mate is living in alabama for 4 years so me and another mate went over to see him for spring break.

We drove in one of the worst storms i have ever been in, you couldnt see 20ft in front of you and the car was aqua planing everywhere. We drove from atlanta to panama city (fl not panama!) spent a week there, then drove up to Montevallo near birmingham, then after a couple of days we drove back to atlanta.

We got to see some america that you never would normally. Lots of red necks! We were invited to go grass carp fishing by the bloke working in subway. This was after he told us how he accidently caught a beaver instead of a fish!

Very friendly people, and the girls loved the accent, of course i did my best hugh grant impression!!

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Very friendly people, !

I am one of the friendly rednecks...well actually I am a hillbilly...we are a whole other breed even though we share the same DNA (all of us have the same DNA 'round these parts)
