mine panzer is kaput

ive got a digger type thingy,running gear by honda,single cyl diesel,it has tracks like a tank and a dog arrangment to stop the tracks so it can be steered.
one side isnt dissengaging properly,anyone know about these systems or have a manual for these systems?
