FFS this is getting out of hand

Was out on the lash last night and picked up a copy of the Express. Promptly went mental when I saw this front page.

What are the odds of in 59 incidents, two photos each, 118 in total, that the blue light was facing the other way, or the strobe wasn't lit up?

About the same as geting away with 159mph on the M5.

TBF im probably going to get ridiculed and beaten to a pulp for this...

Although i dont agree with it at all, it is after all a perk of the job, allbe it a tad more extreme that getting a part for free if your a mechanic or a pint of milk if your a milkman..

Take me outside and give me a good thrashing.

So all of the 'police' that got off with the fine - should be adequately taxed by the current government for benefit in kind. Perks of the job my arse!!! Anyone who still get's perks of the job is living on borrowed time!

The chances of people being injured or dieing from a mechanic pinching parts or a milkman having a free pint are few and far between.

The chances of injury or death from excesive speeding on public roads is a diffenert matter.
Just think, one wrong move (by speeding driver or another road user) and any person who travels on the road is a potential target for early death (yes that includes you).
The more speeding drivers there are the more likely it is that you will not survive the next journey you make. If you've got loved ones, think what thier death would mean to you and what your death would mean to them if it was caused by anybody driving to fast.

Excessive speed is not the only form of dangerous driving, but thats no justification for it.

Doing the same job, he's still second in charge. Oily poo or not you still have to pay his wage.

Got my first speed fine last week!150 Euro's for driving 67km/h where 50km/h was allowed
The max speed used to be 70km/h on that road I dont use often,so I thought I was well within the limit with 60+Km/h
That's one way of misleading people, change the speed limits on a regular base so people cant drive any more cause they are to busy looking out for signs and watching the speedo meter!
