Hi Iain,
The post office dont consider anything missing until 15 days after it is sent apparently. So I would give it that long then complain.
When I started the dispute process I got a reply in a few hours, unlike emails I sent to her which she never replied to!
There are some people on eBay who spoil it for those who play by the rules. But you only learn through experience I guess!
I hope you get it sorted out OK.

Hi David
I don't know how long Australia Post think it takes for somthing to be considered lost , but also I don't think that this is the issue
either (putting on my detective hat here ) I think that the seller told me that he was posting it on the 14th because I have been upping the presure
for him to make good on his part of the bargain after he appaerently stuffed up sending the wheels by posting them to the wrong address in the first
place .but I think that as the following thursday is Dole day It is possible that he did not post till then .... Call me cruel but after making me
wait for so long I am taking some pleasure in his sniveling responses and I tend to think He is incompetent rather than fraudulent and as you say it
is the bad apples that spoil Ebay for the rest of us and I will be happy to get this one out of the barrel
Iain
Best wishes IAIN
