I think that women is blind as she is holding it like it's a turd.
Also the mechanism for what looks like the suspension on the rear is in reverse? i.e. when going over a bump the pedals lower???  Or is it my eyes??
That can't be right.... or is it a bike pump??? Cant make it out... Can't be as the seat is fixed.. what is that thing under the nut

HEY!!! I just twigged!
It's a circus bike... (front and rear steer - spring is to return the rear to centre! I recall seeing one at Blackpool Tower Circus thing years
ago!) she's nicking it from the gypsy's that run the circus. It obviously has a smelly seat!!!
