Traffic announcement

Had to laugh today...

Listening to 5Live (as you do!) about 4:30 there was an announement stating that the entrance slip to the M4 (I think it was) an Icecream Van had turned over it was blocking one lane. Both lanes had been 'coned' off... I saw the funny side...
