just looks like a big open area where kids can mess around in buggies......
Ive been to Korea, the driving standards dont seem hugley different from here. Thailand is a different matter tho!

Just arrived in Korea today  and from the airport to downtown Seoul driving no worse than in London.
Though the moped delivery guys just wear baseball caps and still drive like the London nutters.
