an other mini question

if the mini has a flip front what problems does this hold instead of the standard style

Mot bloke will insist you fit brace bars from the subframe up to where the dampers fit.

Apart from that nowt wrong with doing it, better for fiddling with the motor when there is no gubbins in the way.
Would also junk the later rubber mounts and fit solid mounts for front and rear subframes, more noise but at least the car will handle like a Mini again.
