With a torrent client. Like Azereus or BitTornado.

I have iTunes but you need an iPod or iTunes to play the files...plus you have to pay for them but there are over 1.2 million songs on iTunes plus
video's and podcasts. Tv will be along soon...

Azareus can be a sod to set up (firewalls and ports etc). I use BitTorrent, find it here:
clicky
Very easy to use. DON'T try to open this software, just load it up then click on a download on a torrent site like torrentspy.com and it will
download all parceled up in a folder, usually correctly name, and often with the CD cover images - great for photo iPods etc....
Leave the file open so others can upload from you for a while afterwards, that way you get a good rating.
BTW - there are other good torrents sites as well - U2U me for a list when you're up and running.

I really do appreciate your advice so far but i have just realised how much i dont know about PC's!!!
Ooooh, now im confused. i thought you could subscibe to a site and download what you want, all nice and simple like me!!
Am i right in thinking that torrentspy is the download website but to use the downloads you have to have bittorrent or utorrent installed first?? What
is all this torrent stuff all about.
You might have to take a step back and explain slowly for me to grasp this. Im not well up on all the jargon etc.
i have only just sussed how to convert my CD's to MP3 (using audiograbber and LAME, mate set it up for me). 128kps conversions seems to work
great on the PSP, even thro the speaker dock.
Next up is to try and work out how to convert movies to MP4. Ive got the software just need to suss out how to use it. Why does none of the software
just have abutton to press. There seems to be all sorts of strange freaky language to learn first.

Torrentz.com
easy and explains how to do it.... and it's free! You realise lots of people are being knobbled by the piracy laws aren't you? Always use
firewalls/ISP scramblers etc in the end does the risk justify the crime?
