Naughty but fun
I know very naught but so much fun.
I've been moving house for the last couple of months, long nights of decorating and moving funiture and boxes. well the last thing to do was to
move the MK.
well it is about one day of hard graft to get it ready for its SVA.
so i eventually fired up the engine and strapped my self in and set off on the 1/2 mile drive
FANTASTIC feeling
the local kids were cheering me as i went by
all went well and the car is now safely tucked away ready for the final push.
I feel revitalised and i will have to complete it this month.
how long will i have to wait for an SVA appointment??
regards
Ditch

I won't tell anyone I you won't...
The wait time varies - allow a week or so for the bureaucrats in Swansea to react, then it's down to the length of the queue in the test centre.
You could ring the test centre (Chelmsford?) and ask them how it is at the moment. I'd guess that the queue will start to get longer now that
the decent weather has arrived...

Nice looking car
Not a locost but when I moved house last year I had to move my hot rod, No tax no plates no MOT no exhausts (V8) was great to actually move it though,
wasn't very far. Best bit was sold the old house to a copper and he just laughed at me!!!

I think he wants it earlier, not delayed!

In my experience (which is limited I admit) If you put a date of a couple of weeks time in the box that asks "when would you like the
test" and if you also add the words "or earlier" Then they seem to get their finger out.
I got my test date far too early but you simply ring the centre and re-schedule it.
When I rang last week they had plenty of spare slots so I arranged it tor 2 weeks later.
Experience is what you get when you don't get what you want!!!
