GP100 at Donington on Sun
Did anybody go? Bloody awesome day!!! watching the gp cars from the past 100years was ace, so good to see them doing what they were designed for!

The oldest car racing was a 1904 Starr Gordon Bennet
Just for information heres how the front runners were lapping in the races, Vintage Seaman Trophy (cars pre 193) lapping at 1:33:0, Thoroughbred GP
(1966-1985) 1:04:51, Historic Seaman (1931-1941) 1:27:16, 1950's Sportscars (non GP Le-mann cars) 1:22:73, the VSCC race ((pre 1961 gp cars)
1:23:88, HGPCA Pre 1966 GP class 1:21:49

I went on Saturday , it was a great day out and lots to look at. I was a bit dissapointed with the demo of modern formula one as the only car that ran
was a 1993 ferrari, although its V12 engine sounded very nice. The thoroughbred cars were also good to watch .

been at an fia meeting at donington a few years back with group c, formula 2, f3000 but the tgp's top the lot if the guys are driving them
properly!
A field of dfv's going through the craners hmmmm
