£26,000 worth of mods to that 306!!! Why not just buy a proper car for £4,000!! Having said that I'd love to have £26k to spank on such pointless drivel!

Might be old news to some , but look further down the list and you find out who the STIG is .

We just knew that the Sprite would win though didnt we?

What does a sprite weigh - 800kg? and that Pug with all the stereo and stuff - 1400kg?

163Bhp / tonne vs. 143 Bhp / tonne.

And by the sound of things that Sprite was geared for hillclimbing, bit of a stunt you've got to admit...

I think I better match would have pitted the Sprite against a Supra

I suspect the sprite weighed considerably less than 800kg, and 130bhp didn't come as standard from the factory
IIRC from the last time this came up it had a descrete Peter May sticker on it...
