Its the usual story of forget the law, the side that wins is the side prepared to waste the most money and time defending it.
Reminds me of the way Caterham and BMW "own" the Seven trademark in relationship to cars. They've basically agreed not to sue each
other and jointly whoop any upstart who tries to use it. They'd lose if taken all the way but they have big wallets and 99% people will give up
a long time ago....
The handy thing is Caterham can say they're only defending it because they need to look after their relationship with BMW and vice versa.

Tried twice now, just takes me to a login/enrol screen.
