(I love the way this page has been written - aimed straight at car nuts like us)

there is also a story about it on the bbc news front page right now.

A book has been out for a year or so called 'man'. Halfords stock it.

My kids are 15+, and my body is already in tip top condition, so I wont be buying either of them

I wondered about the accuracy of these new books from Haynes - I have alist of translations for the car manuals which starts off:

handy translation sheet for those good ol' Haynes car manuals...

Haynes: Rotate anticlockwise.
Translation: Clamp with molegrips then beat repeatedly with hammer
anticlockwise.

Haynes: This is a snug fit.
Translation: You will skin your knuckles!

If you would like the full list, drop me an email. I had tears rolling down my face when I finished, but my wife didn't get the joke! I guess you need to have sworn over Mr Haynes to appreciate these.
