How to impress SWMBO - not
Been out in the garage and in the garden with the angry grinder all day relieving the rust of it's limpet like grip on my wishbones and trailing
arms.
At around 1.00, SWMBO decided to indulge in a spot gardening round the front.
Whhooaaaahh !!
This is, to put it mildly, an event.
I'm no gardener, but compared to her, I'm Dairmud Gavin.
Anyway, there we were, me around the back grinding away, trying to remove skin / take an eye out. You know the drill, quite happy.
She's round the front - clip clip clipping away.
Most industrious.
Anyway, about an hour ago, curioisty got me sufficiently aroused that I decided to nip round the front for a look.
We have bushes that grow through the 6 foot high fence at the side and these were being delicately clipped back one sprig at a time.
I didn't say anything.
Went round the back, grabbed the loppers, they were rusted, so I eased them off and oiled them up.
Took them round the front and lopped off the branch that she's been clipping back with the gardening equivalent of a set of nail clippers for
the last three hours.
Did I do good ?
Am I 'in there' ?

My other half has gone to beat up people!!!! For the whole day......
Then tommorow three of them are doing a kata dancing competion. How the heck do cats dance?
Seems to come back with loads of plastic silver ware.

So he said, anyway.

Well my Dad would have been the BKCC champion in the 70's had it not been for a certain Ticky Donovan (tournament favourite) being a very bad
loser and attacking him after his back was turned when the bout was over! The subsequent injury ruled him out of progressing in the tournament!
So he said anyway!

I have consulted the manual and this is what you should have done:
You should have known straight away what she wanted to do and cleaned up those cutters hours ago!
