OT: plumbing stuff
Wow! Always used BES for my plumbing stuff (some of it for the house, some of it for fuel rail stuff)... Always delivered stuff the next day and very
cheap to boot.
Today I was expecting a delivery from them, only half of it arrived. And of course the stuff I really needed (30m of copper 15mm to finish my central
heating installation- it's getting nippy for no heating!!) didn't arrive. The delivery man said it'd be tommorow, only trouble is
we're not in 
So I e-mailed them asking if it could be Saturday instead. I was half expecting a load of excuses or reasons why it was my fault or to be told if I
couldn't be around for tm it would be Monday.... Phone call 20 minutes later saying "yes no problems, it's booked for Saturday
delivery FOC and I'll ring tommorow confirming what time it will be so you know exactly when to expect the delivery".
I was gobsmacked.
Good customer service!
I shouldn't be surprised but I get so used to rubbish service I am

I use BES also, and can vouch for the service, always first rate, and most helpful should you ever need to phone them. Cheers Ray
