Strongboy plate thickness

Google doesnt throw up an obvious answer, so i thought id ask here.

Anyone know how thick the flat part of a strongboy is?

We used them to support the corner of the house while it was being altered a few years ago. I didn't measure the plate but it was a bit less than the mortar course so I would say minimum 8mm. You can hire them and take measurements
