No UNF is imperial Fine ( straight thread)
NPT is Pipe thread - tapered.
Closest thing to an NPT thread is a BSP thread.
Scot's do it better in Kilts.

3/8 NPT is also much bigger in diameter, about 5/8", as it's a thread for 3/8" i.d. pipe.

off the shelf you might need to do the 90 deg. bend in NPT - then get an NTP to UNC adapter...

You don't say whether you want a male or female on the 3/8"-24 end.
3/8"-24 is the thread size of a JIC -3 fitting.
Davie
EDIT: If this is to fit on the pressure sensor then it is indeed JIC -3 (dash 3), it even says so on the drawing.

If it is for the sensor in your other thread you need a fitting like this:
Any hose repair place such as Pirtek or Hydrasun should stock it.
Alternatively you could use a male x male adaptor such as this:
And then use a short JIC-3 hose to mount your sensor somewhere handy, would also reduce the vibration at the sensor and probably be cheaper
If this isn't anything to do with the sensor sorry

Actually if possible I would use a straight npt x JIC adaptor like this:
And then a hose with a 90 degree hose tail, that way you can tighten the adaptor to the correct torque without worrying where the 90 is going to end
up pointing.
