I think that women is blind as she is holding it like it's a turd.

Also the mechanism for what looks like the suspension on the rear is in reverse? i.e. when going over a bump the pedals lower??? Or is it my eyes?? That can't be right.... or is it a bike pump??? Cant make it out... Can't be as the seat is fixed.. what is that thing under the nut cracker?

Rear turns as well as the front so it can crab sideways

HEY!!! I just twigged!

It's a circus bike... (front and rear steer - spring is to return the rear to centre! I recall seeing one at Blackpool Tower Circus thing years ago!) she's nicking it from the gypsy's that run the circus. It obviously has a smelly seat!!!
