Welcome

Welcome to the nuthouse. It'll be interesting to see how easy/difficult the build is compared to a Westfield. Keep us all posted and let us know
how you get on.

why did we choose the indy?
1 style of car ( 7 )
2 price bracket
3 Quality of kit
4 location of factory
not necessarily in that order. Also we wanted a kit that was a bit more of involved than the Westfield, but one where we could get the bulk of the kit
including the engine from the factory.
And cos we have good taste

Watched 'A Racing Car is Born' again last night having only watched it ages ago - prior to getting into 'kits' -
couldn't believe how easy the Westie looks to build!

I watched " a race car is born" I'ts not quite as easy as Mark Evans makes it look.............. but not far off, a few more holes
to cut than mark evans seemed to do.
Have you ever seen a caterham build ?? They seem to come with a lot of parts and panels fitted and all seem to slot together very
easly.
Still it's horses for courses and depends what you want from a build.
When I built the Westfield I wanted a Very straight forward build and thats what I got
I's only having built that, and having had the build go so well that I am confident to tackle something a little harder
That and the fact I'm not paying for this one
