I couldn't kill / skin / gut an animal but i'll quite happily eat meat As far as I see it meat comes from supermarket shelves and has never been part of any animal. Lack of respect? Maybe... but that's the way i enjoy my food.

Ignorance is bliss I suppose??

I for one would not like to be put on a conveabelt from birth put in a room where I only have a 30cm2 area to move around in, whilst eating all day to be fattened up to adult weight so quickly my legs aren't strong/developed enough to take my weight, thus being forced to sit in my own sh*t!!

well ...I love meat!!, it doesn't really matter what meat or offal it is... as it's all meat just varying strength of flavours, I skin & gut my quarry & what I don't eat goes to the dogs! bones & all...so very little waste

Spot on!

I'm sure a lot of meat eaters don't think it comes from animals to begin with!

I could, give me a bow and arrow, and an axe to cut it up I wouldn't be such a grump then lol
