I don't set out to offend anyone, as I said in previous posts - I may make the odd derisory comment about the quality of certain German makes
for example, but no worse than any of the nonsense directed against say MG Rover, I don't as far, as I recall, direct any vitriol against any
individuals or race/colour/creed/faith, other than in a stereotypical way as I stated above.
If I made or make comments you or anyone else find distasteful, I would have liked them pointed out at the time - I know I have apologised on
occassion for something I may have posted that may even have been posted in good faith - like this thread.
I'm beginning to think these forums are more aggro than they are worth.

Or maybe we can grow slightly thicker skins and save the bulls**t for something that actually matters?

I've seen this stuff on other forums, and it's just as ugly there.

Anyway, to draw a line under this thread.
I've been in touch with our beloved mod and she (kind of gives it away who I mean) has agreed that my title was a bit tactless (my words).
So, for my own peace of mind and to help keep the peace on here, if I offended anyone then I offer my apologies, it wasn't intended; it was just
a bit of thoughtlessness after being slighty irritated by one of ebay's not so sharpest.

A friend of mine has just started listing his collection of Mk1/Mk2 Escort parts on eBay and clearly stated delivery to UK only. Literally within a
few minutes of listing a pair of 45 DCOEs some pillock from Germany had done a "buy it now".
I'm not being xenophobic, you get cretins in every country and we certainly have more than our fair share. However they have thing in common;
most of them appear to use eBay.
