Try not having a licence for a domestic address. I’m afraid they lie, intimidate and harass you to a point beyond the belief of a law abiding citizen in a civilized country regardless of how many times you phone them or tell them you have no TV or other equipment for receiving TV programmes.

Fortunately they do seem to understand action taken against them under the 1997 Protection from Harassment Act.
