Outlook help.

I cannot start outlook express, and get the message MSOE.DLL could not be loaded.
I suspect that i have removed the DLL whilst clearing some space on my harddrive. I have just reinstalled windows hoping to pick it back up but had no luck. Can anyone tell me how to set it up again?
Paul.

i had the same problem recently

ended up having to do a clean instal of windows (rather than a reinstall) to get it back
