I remember seeing that picture in the papers, it was for a game called BMX XXX. A playstation game based on BMXing with a bit of soft porn thrown
in.
It was based on the queen album cover for fat bottom girls.

It was rumoured that Queen had the foot the bill for new saddles on all the bikes used in the photo shoot. I guess they must have borrowed or hired
the bikes from somewhere. Not that the cost of a dozen or so saddles would have worried a mega rich rock band...
