Ford camper van. Anyone know anything about them?
Mum and dad have just rung. They've bought a 1993 Ford Grantuso 5 berth camper van. 2.5D. LHD. They've asked me to look on the
internet for information. None. The only stuff found for grantuso is in spanish.
I'm guessing it is a transit based thing. When I asked this I got the answer "it has a bed over the cab". Feminine logic there.
What do you think? Good or bad?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Sounds right. They'll take a chassis cab and bolt the caravan bit onto it.
Are there any problems to look out for on a transit of this age? Are Ford service rates reasonable?

Your Ford camper is a Mazda Bongo though
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
