How about this for a eBay/Paypal 1st ??
Copied below the first paragraph of an email we just received from paypal......
Sellers never receive a email like the one below.
"We have concluded our investigation and have decided in your favour. Any Funds that may have been temporarily held have been returned to your
account."

macspeedy got all his dosh back and paypal gave him a special phone number to deal with the irish call center for such complaints. So it does happen.

More likely the FSA are getting upset by the number of complaints.
