Steering rack fluid leak Mondeo
My Mondeo Mk1 is using more rack fluid than petrol. Coming from offside around front wheel. Any advice on most likely cause before I take all the
plastic gubbins off so I can see where it's coming from.

Are you sure it's not leaking from the fluid cooler/hoses (looks like a finned U shaped tube in front of the radiator) and blowing/dripping
towards the front wheel ?
The only experience I've had with PAS leaks in Mondeos is the cooler which is a common problem. Around £50 from the stealers for a replacement.
It comes with new hoses though.
