i suggest you post that mobile number on as many "personal" contacts sites as you can!

Did you keep it? Forward it to abuse@hotmail.co.uk and they will likely close his account. Won't stop him forever but if for example he is in
contact with other people further down the chain then it cuts his contact with them.
