Help, i forgot to record casualty

ok went out last night, Amy asked me to record casualty on sky+, anyway i forgot.

Is there a torrent site to download it, iplayer isnt a option that will go down to well

casualty "comfort zone"

why won't i player go down well, but torrent will?
if you have a laptop and LCD telly, plug the laptop into the telly, stick it on iplayer full screen, job done.

also you don't have to stream from iplayer, you can download stuff to watch later (like you do on a torrent site)
