God I'm MAD

I am lucky enough to have the most beautiful Cocker Spaniel puppy who is 18 weeks old and has the most delightful soft flowing coat. Actually, to be precise, she used to have the most gorgeous coat. Now, well now, she has been butchered by the worst cut of a dogs coat I have ever seen! She looks terrible

I really felt that I was extremely clear about I wanted her trimming and the wispy skirt removed and the legs trimmed back so the coat was a nice even length. What has the stupid b*tch done, well she has taken a pair of clippers and given the poor dog a number 1 all over.

We take great pride in the dogs coat and I brush her ever day without fail. This crazy woman has destroyed my puppies soft luxurious coat!

I wen to her on recommendation, trust me I will let the whole world know what a bad job she did on my pooch!

Sorry to sound off but I am just so p*ssed off!

Anyway, other than venting my spleen, I do have a question. How quickly does a dogs (cocker) coat grow?

Having witnessed my sisters attempts at trimming her Westie and how funny it’s looked

I want pictures!

Great time of year too for a dog to have a number 1 haircut…not, suppose you’ll just have to buy it a nice warm jacket for going out. My dogs both need them in the winter. It'll take about 6 weeks for the fur to grow back to normal (going by sisters Westie)

She completely c**ked it up and now i have a grade 2 around my head.

Consider yourself lucky.
I fell asleep in a barbers. I had really long hair at the time and just wanted the ends tidying up.
Woke up with a short back and sides and a f*cking parting.
Wasn't laughing at the time.

I bet you are more bothered than the dog is Did you dump the dog on her and leave ? You should have left some pictures of what you wanted as she might think her cut was exactly what you described.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

It shouldnt take too long to grow back.
A freind of mine used to have a springer spaniel. She used to get cuts every two months or so (the dog, not my freind )
