There's been a bit of coverage of this on local news.
Will his 3 1/2 year ban (which he'll probably ignore) start from now or when he gets released from his 4 1/2 years (which he won't serve all of) inside?

Thought much the same as Mike Capon ^^

Speaking after the hearing, the Association of British Insurers (ABI) said that staged motor accidents were a "serious crime".

"These frauds put innocent lives at risk and push up the cost of motor insurance for honest customers," said Nick Starling, the ABI's director of general insurance.

Chew on that one Flavio.....

Not to mention Massa being robbed of the championship and no doubt thousands of punters who'd backed him to win!

Cheers, Pewe

It`s like petrol station card cloning, whilst not every indian/pakasanki person is involved in fraud, if your card is cloned at a petrol station it probally was and indian or pakastani person.
My card was skimmed right in front of me, I can`t believe the nerve of some people!
You have to use sterotypes until proven wrong. I.e. I always use cash at petrol stations, especially in some areas.

A young person in a subaru, be 3 times more carefull, probally drives like a tit!

And no-one called the benefits hotline?

Pretty ignorant thing to say that I think and you most "probally" have nothing to back that claim up.

according to a dictionary, racial stereotyping is rasism. So you couldnt say 'black people are less likelyto get a sunburn', even though its obviously true. Racial stereotyping isnt always wrong, its just we're brainwashed by the PC brigade that it is. Sometimes there are legitimate observations along racial lines.

Mistergrumpy: Firstly I am of mixed race so it is painful for me to make a comment like that. In my family of five my Mother and I have both had it happen to us by said race, so i think i say that from 2 very strong posistions!
I have indian friends who are law abiding and sucessful. I also have friends who don`t quite meet that criteria as well.

Secondly just look at insurance cost for a subaru my celica gt4 £600, a subaru £1000+.
Both 4wd 2l turbo. Same risk for a given driver.

Here is a better example that might not offend the pc brigade. If you got an e-mail from Nigeria how long will that last in your inbox? Thats racist if you delete it just because it is from Nigeria, but is unfortunally a valid response given the socio-economic situation in nigeria.

BTW the police cannot use half-cast or mixed race as a describton, it is now mixed heritage!
