A Car is Born - Tonight 6PM Quest TV Freeview 38

18:00 A Car Is Born

Episode 1

Mark Evans heads down to the National Kit and Performance Car Show to get tips about what kit to go for,
how much it'll cost and finds out how they're designed.

18:30 A Car Is Born

Episode 2

Mark goes shopping for tools and sees what the local hire shop has to offer.
Then he takes the secretary of the Owners Club on the hunt for a suitable second-hand spares car.

Episode 3:
Mark and his team spend hours arguing about whether to make a CEC or BEC

Episode 4:
They decide the £250 target is not possible

Episode 5:
They wonder if using 25x25 Aluminium box would make it lighter

I have this on DVD - A racing car is born where they build a westfield - quite interesting - about 3 hours long but some handy little tips - I have it stored now on my hard drive if anybody wants to buy it say .. £7.50 inc post and packing ?
