The Fury. I assumed as it was SORNed that that was what the winter mods referred to.

Ah - most people seem to think I bought the Alfa for a kit-car project
As for the Fury.........top of the list are rear exit exhausts (getting a bit bugged listening to half a V6.....) , a more rounded bonnet bulge , possible paint job , complete re-trim , and more than likely swap the 2.5 V6 back down to a 1.8 (loads of power is a hoot , but 25mpg is a lot worse than I can afford )

Ha! I dream of 25mpg! My best is 23, but I tend to average 19.

My exhaust runs under the car and exits at the back. It reduces ground clearance somewhat.

There is no way I could run the exhausts under the car - it already scrapes the ground occasionally now
I plan to run through the corners of the seat wells and over the trailing arms and axle , then down under the fuel tank (with a heat shield between)
As for the fuel consumption...........I got the 1.8 up to near 40mpg at motorway speeds , and I'm planning a set of smaller throttle bodies with the injectors in the stock position , so it should be even better

I once had my Fury (fireblade) up to 35mpg, that was driving it home from Wales when I bought it. Normal was ~20mpg and about 8 on track...

Is there room to take the exhausts out of the top of the sidepod at the back and over the rear wheel in the wheel arch. Looks possible on mine.

A rounder bonnet bulge sounds like good mod. Not a fan of your current boxy one.
