exam results
so 7 weeks ago I took an exam called the GAMSAT for entrance into Graduate Medical School. It took an entire day and was the hardest exam I've
ever done.
I got the results this morning and..... I passed!!
Not only that but my score placed me in the top 2% of all those examined!
I am literally over the moon. Just have to pass an interview now..

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Thanks so much for all the kind words. I considered going out and getting battered with my uni mates but I've come into work like a good lad.
Tomorrow I'll celebrate!
Chris,
I've applied for Nottingham, Keele and St Georges although I only really want to go to Notts.
I know I've got some difficult times ahead but at least the subjects will interest me more than the entrance exam (think "the breathing
cycles of frogs" . Studying is fine, I'm most worried about the sleep deprivation!

Medical College?.... Become a Doctor????
Wow... You will soon be working 96 Hour weeks when you get a job in a hospital.
SO... GET YOUR KIT BUILT FIRST! You wont have the time later on!.
.. Really though... Well Done!.. and Good Luck.
Remember if you dont make it you can always become a Vet
Hope all goes well for you.

That is SO 2006, european working time directive means as a doctor I won't be able to work more than 48 hours a week!
Not sure I'm a huge fan of fewer hours though.. I'd rather get paid than have to spend time at the hospital unpaid finishing off what I
don't have time to do "officially"
