OT - Volvo 960 2.5l cylinder head ?
a mate of mines got a N reg 2.5l volvo 960 that need the head done
the engine code is B6254FS if that helps
he wants to do it himself, but he's never done a head before and can't find a manual for it
anyone got a manual with enough detail?

What work needs doing on it? I did some work on a head from a B6304 myself and it's easy to work on.
Type 'volvo vadis' into ebay and you can get the vadis software on dvd.
