Rant
3 weeks ago my wife had to undergo surgery. A few of our relatives from Greece, send get well soon cards and some photos through the post.
A week ago, I forgot my internet pin for my Greek account so I asked the bank to send me a new one.
Well, over a week today and still nothing.
But i got home and i found a card from F***N R***L G*Y wishing us Merry Christmas and that they have more services this X-Mas.
Should i go down the F***N P**T O****E and stick the card to someone's A**E? 
I WANT MY CARDS AND PIN NUMBER!!!!!!

I worked them all out apart from the G*Y, which looks like an obvious missing letter but makes no sense at all.

Are you sure the bank has sent it ? Took B*rclays three weeks to send a replacement card - 5 working days my an*s

The get well cards were send on the 20th of Oct and My bank definately send the pin last Monday.

did they definitely? i worked for RBS, and when we said things were definitely posted out and someone didn't get them, they usually
