Looking at car's for Little Sis... has to be a 3 door auto around the £2-3k mark.
The Pug 206 comes in at that price... can get 1 owner, 02, 35k miler for £2200. Anyone have any prior dealings with these???

I had one for quite a while, 1.6 petrol W reg, so an older model. But as with most pugs, really nice car to drive, hold together well until you hit
the magic 100,000 mile mark. Then the usual wear and tear items start to go (TRE, shocks etc etc) So no real problems to look for.

I've had 2 206 in the past, both 04 plates, one was a 1.4 petrol semi-auto and the other is a 2L GTi, both good cars.
The 1.4 was nippy enough, the GTi is pretty quick (not fast, just quick)
BTW, I'm a bit of a Peugeot fan so my opinion may be slightly bias.
Cheers

For an auto supermini at that kind of money I would say you only have three decent options 206, fiesta or Polo, I know this from experience as I can
only drive an auto and I test drove alot of cars. Of those three the 206 is the only one that I like the look of and was second best to drive (I
can't be certain of what engines I've driven but they were all around 1.4 or 1.6). The Fiesta drives better but I don't like it
much.
If it were me (and budget allowed) I'd get a C3/2 with a semi box but they might be a bit much still.
