Gas carb conversions are really on viable with one or twin carbs beyond that it gets silly.

ah, cool. i just wondered how you'd shut the fuel off. or do you stop it at the fuel hose and just let it use whatever's left in the float bowls ti its gone?

could a gas carb thingy be fitted on the inlet to my air box?

generally you put a solenoid valve in the fuel line before the carbs then do a phased switch to gas swtching tha gas in when the car stars spluttering for lack of fuel. Yu get used to it pretty quickly.

I have a Range Rover on twin carbs and gas is fed in to the manifold directly after the carbs. Doing this on a throttle per cylinder arrangement is going to be a bit wasteful of gas unless you put in a sequential gas injection system. Most of these rely on an engine fuel ECU to time the injection so you would need a megasquirt or similar as well as the gas kit. If you are going to do that you might as well swop for a set of bike injector throttle bodies, if you are going to do that i think I have a set that I bought off ebay when I was thinking of megasquirting my Pinto!
