Thats a good ad
used horfolk line several times for trip to france, you get to meet wagon drivers that would always advise best route to destination.
came back on one ferry there was our car and 2 lorries and we still sailed ! that carbon footprint is going to take some clearing !!

I assume they have not provided the best of service to you then? You need to explain that one a little bit more for me as I use a ferry quite a lot
and I would like to hear your experiences!

i missed a morning ferry (my fault), but the twat on the gate said come back for the evening ferry and you'll have no problems, then when i
arrived at the evening showing, they said i should've called immediately to rebook, and they wanted an extortionate amount to sail. Ended up
sailing with another company for half the price and getting home 3 hours earlier.

I have used NorfolkLine for several years now and I can honestly say that the attention and service provided is excellent.
On one occasion, I too knew that I was going to be too late for the scheduled ferry. I phoned the port office and they asked for the booking
reference. After a short period the operator came back and said that it was sorted. I could not believe that it was so simple to change.
The operator did explain that normally a change like this would entail a £25 charge, but because I was a regular traveller with NorfolkLine, and I had
given plenty of notice, there would be no charge.
The people on the gate are just security and ticket collectors. They should have told you to contact the office. I imagine that contacting the office
would have been second nature as gate attendants are just that - gate attendants.
