Turkey, stuffing, pigs in blankets, roasted bacon and roast spuds..

Felt like a real meat feast with a huge trifle.. 1 bottle of champs and now onto the HUGE amount of booze... just cracked open the jelly babies

Looking forward to the carnage that is Eastenders

Totally pigged out!
So stuffed I had to wait two hours to attack the trifle.
Then slept for an hour.
Now about to get mullahed ...............again.
Glad I don't have to do this again until tomorrow.

Glazed ham
Beef
Veg
Pavlova and ice cream

I cooked the lot and got it all out for our guests and cleaned up while the wife pretended to be lady muck.
Not a word of thanks from any one

Had a monster dinner yesterday then we got taken today to the Dalhousie five star hotel overlooking the final tee of carnoustie open championship golf course......
Aberdeen Angus steaks that were fantastic..... wild scottish salmon with the octopus for starters......and a chocolate cheesecake to top it over.

One of the lasses gave me a whole extra steak

Ive also used this tassimo coffee machine to great effect

I had the explosion this morning while I was oven roasting the Sweet Chestnuts that I was going to use in making the stuffing.

I have never seen ONE chestnut make soooooooo much mess in an oven. Boy did it go with a bang.

Wife was NOT impressed.
