HGV Friendly Sat Nav

I have Tomtom Navigator 7 on my Navigo and would like it to take into account my new career as a lorry driver.

Is there any add-ons to help me avoid weight limits and other non friendly hgv places?

After going out yesterday without clue where I was going I want to use it in the truck.

Thanks,
Steve
