1 pc for the pictures (using powerpoint?), this
cable and 2 LCD tellys with PC input should do the job wouldn't it?
or what about making a CD or DVD with pictures on it. most DVD players will play a slideshow. 2 TVs, 2 cheap DVD players, done?
never tried, so hopefully someone else will be able to give better info
i know somewhere i worked did a simlar thing with about 20 PC monitors all over the building, but that was done with loads of pc terminals, networks
blah blah

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

I did something similar for a company I used to work for - as above just get some cheapo DVD players and LCD TV's and make a slideshow DVD with
Windows Moviemaker even. The key to getting it to look good is making the slides themselves look as professional as you can (and not to go too mad
with different types of transition effects) rather than the technology you use
One thing to bear in mind though is that if you use any kind of soundtrack to the slideshow ( Google 'royalty free music' or make sure you
have a license if you use music) make sure there is no one who has to work within earshot of it all day........ unless you hate them/want them to
leave/etc lol

I wouldn't do small 22 screens. A department tried this here at work and the screen is just too small to be seen from any distance. I would go
for a 32 and larger.
VGA cable is not a fan of big long runs but CAT5 cable VGA senders are cheap enough and can do massive long cable runs and CAT cable is cheap and easy
to run. If the distance isn't too great just a cheap video splitter will be fine, or cheaper still is a secondary graphics card in the PC.
Windows XP and beyond support more than 1 graphics card - they don't need to match.
