That's a very small space, just over 5ft x 5ft. Are you sure?

Edit- oops! you mean 30ft x 30ft of course!!!

I thought about getting two or three people together to rent one as well, but its just not cost effective.

Did i get it right?

My next door neighbour and fellow petrolhead has just bought an Eagle SS and has an old BGT which he is Sebring'ising. Along with my indy and the work I do on the 4x4 we only have single garages so,

We are both clubbing together and looking for a workshop space to jointly rent locally.

Depending on cost as we both want to spend the money on the cars but working out of single garages is depressing.

Secure space tends to be a premium.

you'd think a farmer with a bit of land spare would knock up a few units to rent out.

Try the local council. I once got a railway arch, with power, for next to nothing.

mate of mine has one on a farm that is well lit with power and cold water with outside bog and is big enough for 4 to 5 cars, need to move at least one outside to do any work inside though. Farmer has slowly moved his cowsheds over to this and has about 8 or 9 on the farm now at £300 each. fecking freezin though until you install logburner and flue.

good atmosphere when many units occupied as all petrol heads and lots of banter.
