help finding plastic spacer with outside groove

Help.
I need to find about 10 or so of these little fellas.
Nylon (well any plastic will do) approx dimns are 17mm OD, 4mm ID, 7mm thick with a rounded grove all way round the outside.
They screw under the bottom edge of my trailer tent and some shock cord (about 5mm) hooks behind them.
I tried my local camping shop and was met with blank faces and 'err dunno' response.
So, anyone here got any ideas what they are called so I can google it better? Or know of a supplier?

I have already typed in the manufacturers name and 'spares' and 'parts' on ebay and google but no luck yet.

Also, the rebate in the faces is not important, they can be solid, infact I would prefer it as I think if they were solid I wouldn't be needing the spares now

Nylon pulleys off the shelf from your local bearing stockist, or 10 minute job on a lathe.

They look like the wheels I got to replace the broken ones in our dishwasher, the ones that the tray runs on.

Might be another possibilty?

It looks like the Midget is winning at the moment......

I think those cleats Rich suggested will do the job so I've bought some.

We had a cover made for our Combi and the buttons were supplied with it. It was from specialisedcanvas.co.uk at Staveley. Also available at Penrose Outdoor as cover buttons. Link to

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
