Is it possible to get a postal address of an Ebay seller you have bought an item from?
Thanks!

Doesn't eBay automatically send you a "you've won this item from xxxx", followed by address?
Else I know you can request it from eBay direct via their helpdesk, but this also sends your contact details to the seller.
Go to the help pages and type inthe search box!

Try

I've not personally not tried it but it does say it sends your info to the other party.

It should do if they've told eBay their address.
Report 'em for not sharing their details
eBay take a dim view

I didnt think you would get the sellers address, normally the seller only gets the buyers address i think.
Why do you need the sellers address?

When I phoned ebay to ask for a seller's address that I had a 'problem' with, they refused, quoting the Data Protection Act.
I pointed out that as the seller had mine what was the problem with me having his? If I had bought via mail order anywhere else I would have a contact
addres.
They were not interested.
Tell them about the bent treacle edges!

Nothing sinister . I'm just trying to confirm if a seller is the person I think he is, but has changed his ID..
