Not so.
Imagine it was your Locost.
Or it was your daughter or your mother driving. I mean, those are real people.
I hope I never have to drive either the car or the tank, if you know what I mean.
Nah, not one of the things in life that make me laugh!
Cheers.

No wonder they are hated so much. I think that was a bit excessive for stealing wood. If they'd ben British they'd have to account for the
bullets fired at the windscreen.

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Typical Yank military no discipline,no fore thought.
They'll probably get thier arses kicked and hi tail it out of there when Bush gets kicked out leaving a completely ballsed up country as they
always have.
Cheers,
Bob

Well, being from the other side of the pond, thats definitely not something to be proud of. One the other hand, exactly what course of action do you
choose to stop rampant looting that is in fact harming their fellow countrymen, at a time when there is no viable justice system yet in place? Not to
mention I usually prefer to save judgement for when I know more of the facts than a 1 minute news report gives me. Of course, how can I argue for
balls'ed up countries we've left behind....WWI, WWII (Europe, seem to be doing ok), Korea (the south is doing pretty nicely these days),
Vietnam (I think we can all agree a definite mistake of massive proportions....best intentions, yada yada yada), Noriega no longer in panama, no coup
in granada, Saddam no longer in Kuwait (Desert Shield) and now we come to the current. Typically our army doesn't do policing actions as
we've been doing for the past year, and I'd have to say probably the greatest weak point despite great effort. Again, I prefer to reserve
judgement until we see where the actions are pointed.

My 2p's worth...
Good. I hate theives, They are all scum. The same justice should be used here. I think they got off lightly, normally looters can be shot.

clearly it has only been publicised to highten anti-us/western feelings, and to satisfy the desires of those who want to see thick soldiers doing the
wrong things. as said, looters often get shot, and whilst i would personally have taken a more lenient approach (hearts and minds and all that crap),
i think the fault (if any) lies with command, failing to instruct soldiers on what to do in certain situations.
bragging to the camera is certainly foolish, like pissing on an electric fire is...

They were nicking a roof rack full of 3"x 2". It's not f*%ing grand larceny for crying out loud. If it was someones antiques I could
understand it but it looked like demolition timber anyway. The soldiers were hamming it for the camera I reckon.

Typical...
Sorry - but this clip seems absolutely typically "gung-ho" US Forces. I'm surprised they didn't smother the car with the
"Stars & Stripes" before they ran over it!
I've nothing against any race or culture, but the US seem to be destroying whatever respect the world had by these appalling acts.
ALL IMHO OF COURSE!

It could be that I'm subjected to CNN to much and not the BBC (which is a damn good news source) etc, but this kind of crap is what IS
advertised, and yet the billions being spent and the tens of thousands of manhours devoted to reconstruction by both contractors and soldiers is never
mentioned. Typical case of a few ruining it for the many. I wouldn't condone such actions, but at the same time I won't jump to
conclusions and damn them before knowing the facts. Assumption makes and ASS out of U and MPTION.

Sorry, but I might also like to add that if the "world's" respect can be diverted by a few isolated events such as this, then they
need to be paying more attention and perhaps being half as generous to the worlds needs in terms of aid and man power.
