Bike frame paint removal?
Im in the process of building a bike and i need the paint stripping off all the ali parts, Frame/swingarm/wheels etc. Whats the best way and what will
it cost? We have a shot blaster at work which im will use for the steel parts but it will destroy the ali parts so its out of the question.
Any ideas that wont take ages?

Its amazing, paint it on, wait for an hour or so then wipe the lot off clean.
Track days ARE the best thing since sliced bread, until I get a supercharger that is!

When I was learning I had a brand new CZ125 to pass my test on.
I put it under the jet wash to clean it one day and washed all the paint off - LOL
But Nitromors and wire wool will do the same job.
Duratec Engine is fitted, MS2 Extra V3 is assembled and tested, engine running, car now built. IVA passed 26/02/2016

You could blast it, but you'd need a suitable media and maybe a lower psi on the feed.
Nitromors will do the job though.
