um.... isnt that scrambled egg on toast..

Egg + Milk whisked up in a bowl... pop in microwave until its fluffy..

Place on top of toasted bread... (if you have some branston pickle... use some of that too!)

mix the eggs and a bit of milk (ratio if 3 eggs to 50mls of milk) and add a bit of salt &pepper. Dip the bread in and cover both sides and fry it off (both sides) until golden brown.

This is my normal 3am snack after a skinfull but i believe you could do it sober too

^^^^^ +1 (What SK said) - you can also just dip the bread in milk and fry it when you run out of eggs.

... reminds me of my youth.

Reaching the end of the month - plenty of beer in the fridge, but hardly anything in the food cupboards! Oh, well - I'll just have that can of beans, scrape the mould of that piece of cheese and boil up the rest of that pasta... et voila.. cheesy bean pasta (washed down by a nice beer!).

Not if you do them in the microwave.

2-3 eggs, about an egg's volume worth of milk, pinch of salt. Mix in a bowl.
Give it 60 seconds on max, stir, 30 seconds, stir again, about another 20-30seconds to finish them off.
Chuck them onto some toast (lightly toasted if you don't have butter).

I think you are over complicating things for Barry.

Pour milk in glass
crack eggs in
mix with fork
drink / dunk bread.

No cooking required!

Was always known as bready-eggs when i was little - my dad's attempt at humour I guess. French toast is i think a more official term. Easily a million or so times a better thing to do with the ingredients than making an egg mayo sandwich! Needs tomato ketchup spread all over though for best results.
